Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
NAOLÉ currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Cost
U.S. standard shipping is complimentary.
Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery Estimates
Once an order has shipped, estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and NAOLÉ is not responsible for carrier delays or delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
Customers will receive shipping or tracking information when their order has been dispatched, when available.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you discover an address error, contact hello.naole@outlook.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has begun processing or has shipped.
