About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of NAOLE.co and purchases from NAOLÉ. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and Availability

NAOLÉ sells physical apparel and footwear online in the United States. We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, colors, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and photography may affect how colors appear.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been successfully completed and confirmed.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided at checkout is complete and accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. NAOLÉ may cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment-authorization issues, incorrect pricing or product information, inventory discrepancies, or other errors affecting fulfillment. If NAOLÉ cancels an order after payment has been collected, the customer will receive a refund to the original payment method for the canceled item or order.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected product, size, color, shipping address, and other order information before submitting an order.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. NAOLÉ does not offer exchanges at this time.

Website and Brand Content

The NAOLÉ name, branding, website content, product photography, text, and other materials on this website belong to NAOLÉ or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
